Manual rear sun visor

Just bought it from tischer. Has anyone else bought this? If so did you install it yourself or did the dealer do it?

P.s. can't wait to have it installed I bought the sides which are and it just looks dope for some reason ha

Anyone want to help me install? I'm kind of timid and inexperienced on taking my car apart to tackle this on my own. The dealer wants like 300. Are the any users with experience on working on an e90?
