How many time can you appeal a lawsuit in small claims court?
Long story short, my employee was accused of backing his car into another car when he didn't. When he went to court, the plaintiff brought a bogus witness that wasn't at the scene, and the judge sided with the plaintiff and awarded him $2000 of the $7000 he originally wanted.
We filed an appeal and hired an lawyer and he brought another bogus witness and the judge still sided with the plaintiff but only awarded him $300. Now, the plaintiff filed another appeal and it got granted. The plaintiff hired a lawyer also. My question is, how many times can you appeal a case? The case has been appealed twice already. |

Prob a question for your lawyer, suspect it many vary from one jurisdiction to another.
I seem to recall that my small claims court experience was a binding decision (like arbitration) so verdict could not be appealed. |
