I'm not sure if it'll work on water spots or oxidation but try Sonax or Iron X, Iron X is the strongest remover and hasn't harmed any exterior parts (trim, paint, wheels). Post pics of the oxidation.

Ill try to get some pics. It only seems to be the front wheels. I was wondering if a cleaner wax would work?

I got the same problem on mines, but I just ordered Sonax and Iron X hoping it'll be here this week.
I'll let you know how well they work. |

Ok thank you. I didnt know that. I thought a cleaner wax would pull the water spots out. I dont know if this is happening because the front wheels get more brake dust. But I dont like it.

There is a DIY post here in the forum where I guy used a drill and a wire brush to do the center hubs. Try that. It looks like a great idea. In order to avoid rust coming back its recommended to use a coat of silver paint. I am thinking of doing this cuz me too I see some rust on hubs of the new AM rotors I just installed in front. I never had this issue with OEM rotors. Go figure. Cheers!
