Cobb stage 1+ misfire help
I just installed my Helix FMIC , afe drop in filter, and Cobb stage 1+aggressive. The car is a 2009 x drive coupe with 27,000 miles. I had about 35 miles left before my car ran out of gas and during a sweeping turn I floored the car and got the check engine light and limp mode. I turned off the car and then back on and it was okay. I then drove to the local Shell and filled up on V power 93. For the past 3 days I have been getting these error codes P29CF Misfiring Cylinder 3 and P29D9 Misfire with low fuel level. I reset the codes and they come back. Anyone know the cause? I am still under warranty I am just afraid that when I uninstall the accessport the codes will be erased and the problem won't replicate itself when stock. Any help would be great.

There's a thread specifically dedicated to misfires. At 27k, it's likely that the spark plugs need to be replaced. Start there, find the thread & it'll give you additional solutions (if necessary)
