I have the cable, just getting more comfortable with it by working on my own car before I start helping people with theirs.

Why would you code out your Check Engine light?

I think he is referring to clearing his SES light in the cluster. If you have an SES light indicator on your cluster, you have an issue with the car and it needs to be addressed. A coder can definitely find out what the SES light was triggered from by reading the codes. Heck if you wanted they can even clear it for you, but if its a problem, the SES light will come back on...You can probably goto any INDY shop to find out what the codes are that are giving you this SES light on the dash...Good luck

+1, was gonna say you should prob hit up an AutoZone/NAPA or even somebody with a COBB AP to read your codes & see if there's something legit wrong.

Let me know when you feel comfortable enough cause i've been looking for a coder for a while but didn't want to travel to all the guys in NY.
