Having got my car just how I like it, a house that we had an offer accepted on and then the vendors took off the market in December, has come back on the market!

Therefore I've decided to try and release a bit of equity and see if we can get the property.

Spec is as follows:

2005 "05" with 50,500 miles.
I am the 2nd owner.
11 months tax.
BMW manuf. warranty until April 23rd 2008
Carbon Black with Black leather
Media Pack (Prof. nav, bluetooth, 6CD etc)
Visibility Pack (auto adaptive Xenons)
Hi-Fi loudspeaker system
Electric seats with driver memory and electric steering column
Servotronic steering
19" M172's with spacesaver spare
FBMWSH. Next service due in 8k miles
Current nav software for perspective view etc.
My car is HPi clear and free of finance.

£27,495 or sensible offers. I've had some eeejits calling me already (it's on Autotrader) and would love it to go to a good home.

May p/x for an E46 330d Sport with Nav/Bluetooth/HK etc or something similar

Please pass it on to anyone who's looking for one. The front bumper has some stonechips and there are a couple of kerb marks on the nearside alloys. Otherwise it's in lovely condition.

Have to say Matt, it looks fantastic and i am loving those 19"s. Am not in the market but how much are you asking for it, as a matter of interest?
