I just trapped 112mph

Went to our local track for Street-2-Strip drags. Ran 112mph trap, initial times were bad though like 13.30. Then I got heatsoaked & traps dropped to 111 & even 110.4. Cooled the car down for a while then trapped 112 again.

My best time is 12.8 but I can't get any better than 2.1 60ft. On the weeknight drags, there is Zero track prep as its more like test & tune.

Running 1.47 with full exhaust with DP's & 93 fuel.

:rocks: i think thats the fastest trap i've seen out of the 335i's so far! congrats man! what wheels/tires did you have on?

was the car much harder to launch now that you have the DP?

Yeah I launching like 1800 with gentle feeding of power then go WOT when you get enough forward momentum. Still lights up the rears on an an unprepped track with 2.1-2.2 60fts. I have 18" M6 reps with Michelin PS's. I might have some videos from a buddy's camers tomorrow.

With some DRs and a 60' of 1.7ish are we looking at low 12s?

I believe MaxBoost hit 1.6 60' with DRs.

Someone else ran a like a 12.8 12.7 at atco a while back didnt they? Without dp's.

he ran a 12.55 with out DP's. i think that was the time.

usually ever 10th faster 60ft will get you about 2 10ths fastet 1/4 mile time.

with LSD i am going to say 2 10ths faster on 60ft.... but still he can get 2 10ths faster with out LSD and just a good launch. LSD just helps get that 2 10ths faster.

i think you could improve your 60fts by at least 0.4 sec
