It is Vinlocked to my knowledge, so I am selling as such. New ones are $495+ tax. To get this unlocked Vishnu charges $150. But you can run V4 maps without a problem. I also have 2 full harnesses, just in case you need pins etc, if you break something, which will be included. Looking to sell locally if possible. $250
