Voice Commands dead ...

So I finally got around to reinstalling my PROcede after having it in for my doorlock.

I'm playing with the buttons just for the heck of it, and for some reason, my voice commands button doesn't work anymore ... there isn't even a beep to confirm I've pressed it. Now, before I went in for service, it still worked. I'm wondering if the new iDrive software they gave me screwed up the Voice Commands.

Anyways, I don't really use it but have any of you guys had the same problem?

How about your bluetooth? I lost both at once, once. They use the same stack.

I think there was a bulletin that dealt with the latest progman blowing out the voice commands. Call your SA.

Nice that they don't test this when they're done isn't it. Ask the SA if he should get 2's on the survey... he'll get you right in.

I would, but the wait will be months judging from the last service appointment I made.

Sigh, it's not such a big deal to me, though, so I'll leave it for now. Saves me time from installing and uninstalling the PROcede, haha.

Months?! I woiuld not tolerate that. I see now that you are in Canada and they probably don't have the silly survey system we have in the US... but if so, I would tell the SA that unless you get it fixed this week they will fare quite poorly on that survey.
