the car will arrive on 8/5 as a dealer exchange. 07 e90 335i, sparkling graphite/black, aluminum trim, sport/premium, navi/idrive, ipod. 24 month lease, 15k miles/year no money down 680 a month. one question, they didn't have the vin number for me just told me the car was ordered by another dealership and they'll make arrangement to get it over here instead, should i be worry about that? i had the salesperson sign a sheet of paper which stated that "the deposit is fully refundable if the car is not as described upon delivery". now, i have to decide whether to keep my A3 or sell it.

i didn't sign any contract, just put down a refundable $1000 deposit. i asked the salesperson for the sheet that includes the break down of the lease number we agreed on but she said it contains dealer info and can't give it to me. instead she wrote down on a separate sheet of paper for what the agreed monthly payment, drive off fee, cap cost and money factors and she also signed it. do i have to worry about dealer not honor the agreed price when i pick up the car in a couple weeks because i did not sign any contract.

lol what the heck?? she cant give u the breakdown because it includes dealer's information?? Ask her if that sheet include the dealer's trade secrets.
If I were you I would demand the break down right now and go over everything BEFORE the car arrives. There are a bunch of members here that have cancelled or ended up not buying the cars they ordered because of the so called "price increase". |

we went over everything, i calculated the monthly number by hand myself and it was correct. if they play any game with me on the delivery day then i just gonna walk away and demand my refund back, it was a decent deal not a great one so i won't have any 2nd thought walking away from it if they mess with the prices we agreed on.

I ordered my car, no deposit, nothing written down on paper.
She ordered with no deposit becuase she has good faith in us, I hope she doesn't pull some BS and change things up once the car arrives. Either way, they ordered a car they don't really want so the ball is in their court! I am free to walk away. |
