Fuel pump failure auto or manual problem and speak up if you have a sedan/manual
From what I hear a ton of coupes that have the auto are falling down fast.
I also wonder if the way the car is driven affects the pumps more then a casual drive. I bet the average forum member here is to say the least a bit right footed. Speak up here if you have a sedan and a stick and fuel pump failure. |

Actually, it seems the vast majority of the pump failures are in sedans.
But that's probably more simply because the sedans sell 10 cars for every 2-3 coupes. There is no correlation between auto or manuals failing. It has to do with the fuel pump, not the transmission or body style. |
