They are selling dirt cheap and I'm wondering if they'd work. Or mess up my transfer case? Any help would be appreciated.

tires are 225 front and 255 back mounted on 19 inch e46 m3 rims

As long as they are 225/35 and 255/30. But the rear sidewalls appear to be larger than the fronts.
