Car to dealer tomorrow - oil change and trying to get new wp

Taking my 08 , 62k 328 to the dealer tomorrow for a few things...

Had the annual car on lift notice or check, whatever it is. Not inspection, just the "routine" check I suppose. So I figure get my oil changed too since It said I needed to add a qt and I did, now it reads full even after driving.

Maybe a oil change will fix or maybe oil pressure sensor?

Also going to see if thy will replace my water pump and/or thermostat. Car radiator fan kicks on full blast after minimal driving and seems to run extra hot even for a BMW. Any tips on how to get them to replace? No lights but didn't check for shadow codes.

My car is CPO until this February, might as well get its use. Perhaps I'd keep my 328 longer than expected if they replace the water pump for me...
