What a difference a day can make

Just after the come down from the highs of a surprise 30th party and being given an omega. Yesterday I stood on a tennis ball and bust the ligaments in my ankle.
Great timing as now is the best time of year in my game.

Fairly philosophical about it all, I've had a few injuries over the years so repair is just a matter of time and more of an inconvenience.
So now I can add to my list of injuries "ruptured cfl and atfl". Now pass the whiskey!

Bugger

I did my cruciate ligament in February. Still going through physio now and gradually building up the running/rowing/cycling.

Start eating less and stop drinking if you don't wanna put on weight. I didn't and regret it now!

sorry to hear that, never great, whatever time of year!

if you havent already got some, Ive found the gel packs that you can freeze/warm up invaluable over the last 18months, they really help take the pain out when they are cold, or if you want to try and loosen up you can heat them in microwave for 30secs.
