Grandma's and ///M cars

LOLOLOLOLOL

My old man has an M5 touring (it's the tits I love it), anyhow he made a call to his 82 year old mother (my grandmother) on the Bluetooth. He gave it some beans down a slip road and from down the other end of the phone my Grandma went:

"oooh oooh, your car sounds like its purring John"

Hahaha Hilarious. Even my old Grandma appreciates a wailing V10!!

Let's face it. The M5 Touring is the perfect car.

This is why my old man cannot think of one car to replace it with. He will keep this one a long while yet.

He is used to loosing bucket loads on cars so depreciation is not an issue. He bought a new 530i in 2001. When he sold it finally, it had 268k on the clock. He certainly got his monies worth out of that one.

Depreciation aside, as far as I'm concerned it ticks every single box.

Fuck it, I'm off to Pistonheads Classifieds for a while...

Only issue is fuel and servicing, depreciation once it has dropped to 19k should be fairly minor.

£1k on fuel in a month is eye watering but in terms of smiles per £ bet it couldn't be beat !!
