I think it is, why not go with JWL/TUV approved wheels if you're going performance route?

Probably means Apex EC-7 performance wheel. but will be $3-500 more....worth it IMO

I think the Avant Garde M359 are JWL & VIA certified. TUV is a certification in Germany no?
