OT: GTA morning travellers

Some quick insight:

What's the average travel time from 401/404 to DVP/Bloor on a weekday morning?

Let's say I need to be at Bloor for 8:30am...

Since we're at it, has anyone taken qew/gardiner to downtown? Is it really bad cause of ramp closures?

ok. left this morning at 7:40 and arrived in parking lot at 8:30....not too bad for a 40km commute in some traffic.

going to try again tomorrow around 7:30-35 and see if I can make it for 8:15!

why not take ttc it would be a lot faster.

I leave Markham at 5:30 in the morning and get to Bloor around 6 everyday. Sucks to get up early but I enjoy the drive alot.

I come from brampton to yonge and bloor everyday. when I'm lazy to get up to take the go train I park at yorkdale. $5.00 parking plus 2.60 TTC. If your coming from Markham there are a few options for TTC on the bloor line i believe. It's honestly a lot faster and easier on you. save's gas too.

biggest + no ridiculous parking cost downtown.
