condensation in headlight
hello, i have a 335i and this morning i went outside and it was raining out and noticed a lot of condensation in the passenger side headlight. i recently got my front turn signal bulb changed, he didnt take the headlight out to change it though so i'm not sure if that was the cause of this or not. how do i fix this? thank you

If your car is still under warranty ask your dealer to replace it. Sounds like a bad seal which happens, not sure if it can be fixed unless you want to try some type of epoxy.

i changed the front turn indicator with an LED one so the dealer probably wont do anything with it. i saw online you could open the top part up and use a vacuum or a hair dryer to get rid of the condensation. that might help. has anyone tried that?

does the new LED indicator have a wired resistor to it?
I did LED turn signals on mine and have 0 problems with condensation. Initially had trouble after putting in HIDs, with the grommet for the wire running to the ballasts, but I just sealed the grommet with duct tape lol. No more condensation. |
