What Are These Maintenance Codes...?

Sup Guys,

My sister owns a 06 325i with about 80k miles. Last week she got the following service codes simultaneously. Can anyone confirm their definition and know why she would get all these codes at once? Also, does anyone know where I can find information on all the E90 service codes? Our manual doesn't cover all the codes. Thanks in advance.

Check Tire Air Pressure

Check Emissions

I Couldn't Find Any Information On This One?

Check/Change Break Fluid

Check/Change Air Filter Cabin Filter

Check/Change Oil

The icon of a strange "double s" in front of the car is not for emissions, it is for a general safety inspection (aka "Roadworthyness test"). The emissions inspection icon is the similar double s at the rear of the car (tailpipe).

Neither of these are BMW services, they are required by some local or state governments as periodic inspections. The time when each is due may be easily adjusted thru iDrive or your dash computer - see "Service Requirements" in your owner's manual. As my state does not require a periodic safety inspection, I've set mine to the year 2040 so the warning will not re-occur anytime soon.

The Owner's manual explains every service Icon. Maybe your sister should try reading the manual the manufacturer provided to understand her car better.
