Phantom Bulb Warning Light
just curious as to what bulbs are covered under the bulb warning light that displays on the dash.
my last car had a few bulbs go out here and there, but every time the warning light came on, i could always find the problem bulb almost immediately. with my current car, the bulb warning light comes on every single time i start the car, and has been for weeks now. i have done multiple walk-arounds of the car and can't seem to find a single bulb that's out, anywhere. tail-lights, fine. brake lights, fine. third brake, fine. turn signals, all fine. reverse lights, a-ok. headlights, daytime runners, fog lights, angel eyes...all good. plate lights, no problem. side markers, door-handle LED's...they're all fine!! any ideas?

If you go to check controls when the bulb warning come up hold the bc button on the stock for about 2-3 seconds a code will appear. You can check the code on this website http://www.endtuning.com/ccidcodes.html. Once you know what bulbs the code is given you then you can look.
This helped me to find what bulb was out on my car it was one of the brake Light bulbs turns out theres two bulbs per side. |

I had this issue, it turned out to be a loose connection in the tail light housing. It wasnt a bulb going out, rather it was one of the LED strips not getting power due to a loose connection. Wont notice it until the led strip goes out...simply open up the rear trunk and move around the tail light assembly until the connectors click.
