h&r sway bar problem

has anyone fitted these to an lci car. i have a set and it says to use the original bushes on the front bar. problem is the bushes on the lci are bonded to the bar and not resuable, bmw dont list the bushes and h&r dont do them either. question is are the lci bushes the same as pre lci and can these be used instead. thanks for any help.
