Possible to remove calipers without bleeding brakes

I wanted to quickly take my caliper off to paint it. I would just use a hose pinch on the brake line.

Would I need to use a brake bleeder after this or would I be fine?
If a bleed is necessary Could I use just the INPA bleeding system?

You will need to bleed it if you disconnect the line

This would minimize the bleeding necessary but its still going to need to be bled.
