335d Loose Brake Guard Plate

I've been noticing a rattle when driving along above 30mph. It sounds like a heat shield or exhaust baffle rattle.
I was looking under the car today and noticed the guard that sits behind the brake disc was loose.
Has anyone else had this? Can it simply be tightened up?

I've not had the discs off an E9x, but usually, the cover is just bolted on.
The pain is that the bolts are behind the disc, so you have to remove the disc to get at them.

Chances are that the cover has cracked with vibration or something that has gone between the disc and the cover, forced it beyond its breaking point before flying out.

An easy job to strip the disc off and tighten the three small bolts. Never seen them work loose before though.

Driving my new F30 320D M-Sport just 5 days when I had a squeal at 60 mph then later at 30 mph and under.
Sounded like a knife on a grind stone!
Turned out to be a lose brake shield or two.!
