got installed yesterday, also deleted 2ndary cats. I am always amazed how bloody heavy the OEM exhausts are on all BMW's. With the deleted cats it was easily a 40 pound weight shavings. Sound, just perfect. I am used to my E92 M3 so I have to get that sound out of my head, but compared to stock it is perfect, has a great low tone to it and no droning at all. Between the weight savings and 2ndary cat delete, the butt dyno seems to have picked up a few ponies..

Looks good. I love the Magnaflow exhaust on our cars sounds great and can't beat the price.
You need to post a video. Looks good and congrats.

so you did a straight pipe from ur cats to ur muffler? do you know if the car will still pass smog if you delete secondary cats?

hm shouldn't it be the other way around? cats actually affect "smog" while the resonator is just purely for sound. anyone know for sure?

I have this system in my car but kept the secondary cats. Thinking about getting rid of my secondary cats. Did u go to a muffler shop to get the pipes to replace the cats or did u buy them somewhere?

Yes the car will pass smog with Secondary Cats Deleted. I had this done before I got headers. As long as the Primary cats are there you will pass smog.
