Whitening gum? lets get real here

Ok, heres my issue with this.

My Orbit gum states that it will "Remove over 40% of stains".

I dont know about you, but I chew gum with my back teeth. How in the hell does it remove any stains from my front teeth? Those are teeth people see that Id want any stains removed from.

Doesnt make sense does it?

Whatever it is I'm sure it's not good for you. Probably some cancer causing chemical that has yet to be approved by the FDA

My favorite gum is cinnamon trident white, and I was wondering the same thing the other day. It being whitening gum has nothing to do with me chewing it, but it doesnt make sense as to how it works. Maybe you're supposed to chew differently or maybe the juice sitting in your mouth is supposed to do something?

Yeah, that would make the most sense in theory. But in execution, you try it for a while and tell me how that works out.

My mom owns 4 very large private dental offices and my father was a pedo dontist..........and i've talked to the doctors at my mom's office's about whitening gum and they said not to worry about all those adds becuase anyone who is serious about whitening will know that those methods are totally uncomparable to the professional way, the gum just contains a bit of flouride and other cleaners that are mixed/released with your saliva, and just focus on chewing sugar free gum.
