Benefit of meth on top of E85?

I just woke up after 1000 miles driving from last night and little lazy to search
Current mods Jb4 stage 2, flex fuel, berk Dp, kn drop in, ets cp with meth bung ready. I been driving with 50/50 mixed and been great so what is the benefit if i want to run meth on top of that? Should i get meth or upgrade IC instead. Thanks

I was in the same boat, I didn't know what to buy.. but it just depends what you do with your car. If you drive it really hard, FMIC is good choice, but if you just drag race here and there but don't drive hard Meth is good choice. I don't race my car often, but I do drive it hard. Max cool on does a good job for my driving distances.. my oil temps stay around 240, it goes 250 on hard runs but after that it would go back to 240.

IC is a good choice if you ask me. I have both IC and meth... but not running e85 yet. I would say that its nice to have a IC to help get rid of restrictive piping #1 of the stock couplers and end tanks and #2 more efficient heat dissipation promoting more consistent back to back runs. #3 you dont have to worry about running out of meth since its there all the time.

Add meth when you've exhausted all other upgrades and are looking for that final kick before a turbo upgrade . I got all of the above because I wanted my car to be a family sedan when i need it... and a weekend racer when i need it. I've taken it to the drag strip and road courses. The last one was at NJ Lightning circuit where my best time was 2.28 min lap around the track. We did 20min. sessions ... beating the shit out of the car as you can imagine ... after the 20 min session, i pointed to my oil temp gauge and showed my instructor that my temp was at 240... the instructor's jaw dropped. METH and ETS 5" direct fit IC baby!

E85 helps me get the last 2 psi out of my car with my meth kit. Its not a huge improvement but then again I have never driven the car on e85 without meth.

I Forgot about the 17 psi boost limiter and had boost set to 19 I believe which is why you see the tq shoot down instantly in the beginning.

I think for a car you'll keep, an IC is a great long term investment.
