So for VREDESTEIN WINTRAC XTREME 225/45 R17 94 V XL (none RFT), what pressure should i be running on my E90??

Assuming the size you quote corresponds to one of those listed on your door pillar, I would think that's the pressure to use.
To verify you could ask your tyre fitter if pressures differ between RFT and non-RFT for a given size.

Was going to say I assume the pressures listed are for RTF.
