August Lease Rates for E92 335i

August money factor of 0.00215 per my CA when I finally took delivery of my car. Guess I got lucky and locked in to a money factor of 0.00185 back in May. Here's my details:

MSRP $48,700
selling price/cap cost: $46,700 ($2000 off MSRP)
money factor of 0.00185
residual of 58% for 15K miles
no money down except 1st security deposit, 1st month's payment, title and bank fee = $2770
monthly including tax $704 (CA tax 7.75%)

Don't think I did too bad.

Thanks

Thanks for this. I locked in on my E92 335i in May as well, so I should be in the same boat. Mine only stickers for $45,100 though and I am putting more money down so should be a little cheaper.

Sounds like you got a good deal. I was quoted on 335i Coupe:
MSRP=$48,300
Residual=58%
MF=0.0024
15,000 miles
36 months

What dealer are you going through? My car is arriving in 2 weeks. Sounds like I need to negotiate my lease terms. Please advise.

Hey Guys,

I haggled like crazy and went to at least 5 Southern California dealers...only a few budged, but the sale ultimately went to Riverside BMW in San Bernardino County, California.

I even contacted Will@Long Beach and he couldn't come close to this deal, not his fault...he's a great guy, but some dealers are willing to work more than others. BTW, demand was just as high at Riverside BMW. There was not a single 335coupe on the lot when I ordered and when I took delivery...now the 328s are another story.

The best money factor that can be done now is 0.00215, so if anyone is quoted anything above that, the dealer is marking up.
