Selling/swapalease my 2012 135i with mods. Thoughts?

I'd like members thoughts on this: JB4, catless DP and BMS intake. If I place on swapalease (only $450/mo) and leave mods in, is it worth any more?

Definitely not worth more. Stock is best.
You'll get more $$$ for mods

Take off the mods and sell them. Most people don't want modified cars. They think having a chip will blow up your engine.

Only 450 a month, what kind of 135? I'm leasing a 2012 135i Msport vert for 499 a month (Navi, Harmon Kardon, cold, premium).
