This place is a very shady business. They are very difficult to get a hold of, most of the time they will never answer the phone. Also, I bought the PY24W lights from them, which is listed on their site as Weisslicht but when I received them they were in a stapled plastic cover to a cardboard backing for GP Thunders, when I asked them about it they just say that Weisslicht is just a reproduction and that my lights I received are what I paid for. After though, they told me that these were indeed GP Thunders and they are the same thing....... so why is it listed as Weisslicht on their site? Seems to me, you definitely do not get what you pay for and they want you to just settle on what they send you AFTER you paid. PLEASE AVOID them at all costs, they have very poor business etiquette, borderline crooks/scam artists. There are several other site's that I can say have much better service and you ACTUALLY receive what you pay for. I've myself read other posts about e92-lighting and they are all very accurate warnings.

Sounds crazy, but try contacting them again.
Something similar happened to me, and in order to reassure their business, they ended up contacting me. We worked something out and they ended up compensating for the troubles.

that's wierd, I ordered 3 different angel eyes from them 6000k, red and green and some LEDs and they all came in and no problems... i must be a lucky one. sorry to hear that and hope everything gets situated

My Weisslicht PY24W arrived yesterday but not in any branded box. They came in individual generic white boxes. I should be concerned huh...

Just wondering if any of you guys ever got a tracking number from them?
I ordered a spoiler and some cf cloth on Monday and still got nothing, just an email saying it was shipped on Wednesday but still no tracking.

No I never got a tracking number. Took 8 days for them to ship my stuff so consider yourself lucky.

I did not receive the product I ordered. They did end up taking it back but it wasn't easy because they are so difficult to get a hold of and they told me it was was basically the same thing. If you receive something different from what you ordered, fight it and they will eventually take it back. Good luck.

wow, those lights you received seriously totally look like I can buy them on the streets in china with that packaging and stuff. I bet I saw it in the Beijing night markets for like 10 yuan RMB or $1.50 USD.

Nov 29 - e92: Sends me an "Order Completed" invoice/statement.

Nov 30 - ME: Uh - what does "Order Completed" mean, as I still have not received ANYTHING?!

Dec 3 - e92: "i am sorry but the h8 bulbs were not in stock at the time of purchase" (this time not even bold enough to put their name on it - sent from anonymous "info@e92...") ...I guess it didn't ship on Nov 8 OR Nov 13, then hunh?

Dec 14 - Product arrives, 39 days after I paid for it, 36 days after they said they shipped it, 31 days after they told USPS they were thinking about shipping it, 15 days after "Order Completed" (and when I think they "actually" shipped it). In the interim I received several products from as far away as Poland, including several from the USA, in as little as 5 days, and as big as 4 tires on rims.

Not impressed. Will not buy from them again... unless I feel like waiting and being lied to.

For now I'll just say that I purchased from them because they are a forum sponsor and I was new to the site. Apparently e92-lighting thinks that sponsorship simply means a license to screw with forum members.

FYI, they actually PM/complained to me when I posted my factual description of events, as above. They wanted to offer me something to get me to delete the posting - hush money? I refused on both counts, however agreed (balancing punishment to the crime) - they screwed me for 39 days of lies, I will leave my factual statement posted for 40 days.

I will be compelled to delete my post as above on February 13th as agreed (I keep my word even if they don't...). Of course... I have no control over anyone ELSE's posting, including yours which quoted me... too bad so sad.

Just 10 coincidental minutes after I made that post above they offered a full refund. Also, the package finally arrived today, half the order was missing anyway. Days of telling me how unreasonable I was being, lying about having actually shipped my order, and when the box arrives half the order was missing anyway... Watch for my new thread soon, I have lots to talk about.
