Help (East bay)

Hi,

I am in the East Bay (tri-valley area) and I need to temporarily borrow front windows (not tinted) for an e90. I got a ticket for my front window tint so I was wandering if anyone would be willing to let me swap it for a couple of hours.

you're better off removing and re-tinting....No one in their right mind would take the risk of removing their body panels and transplanting glass without fair compensation, which would probably be close to just removing and re-applying the tint.

this is true....

you have a few options...

1) pay the fine and keep the tints

2) get a $20 steamer from Target/Walmart and remove the tints - super easy... and then get them re-tinted later for no more than $100...

Not that I'm volunteering, but you can pop out the windows without removing the door panels. That's how the tint shop I went to removed 'em prior to tinting.
