The last time I ran a staggered set up it cause hell for my DTC. I ran 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 and I had to turn the DTC off or else it would engage after 1/4 throttle.

Off the top of my head I forget but they were a high performance all season tire. 40 series.

wheels are
V710-FB-18x9.5 offset 33

V710-FB-18x8.5 offset 35

this is the same size and offset that comes from the factory on a 328xi with the sports package. does not matter if you have sport package or not will still work the same

They cost me $150 to ship wheels and tires from VMR from CA to MA to give you an idea of shipping cost.

Is that the stock suspension and ride height with wheels on the 328 x-drive? yes that is stock ride height on 328xi drive

This sounds strange. I run 8.5 / 9.5 and never had an issue at all... We're you running an uneven tire size (rolling diameter greater than 1% difference front to back)?...
