Since you're not getting a CEL, can really only do two things:
  1. Scan for Fault Codes
  2. Take some logs & check your boost curve

Does the jerkiness you get feel like a change in engine power, like it has good power for a second, then power is down for a second?

Sounds like a pre misfire. Car hesitation under load right? If you keep punching until the computer throws a misfire we can find out where your problem is coming from. Usually plugs, coils or injector.

my fuel injectors, spark plugs were replaced 2k miles ago. It is hesitation, but more like jerking feeling.

Scan for codes. Otherwise its just a guessing game. Any independent BMW shop should be able to scan the car for a few bux.

Slow boost and will sound like turbulent air. I had to add gasket maker to my charge pipe and bob recently, the 15 psi really does a number on em

The car doesn't feel sluggish, it pulls like a freight train but at 80 mph when I am crusing and get on the throttle a bit I feel like the car is jerking, if that's the right way to explain it, it's pulling but with jerking in between like someone would hit me from behind.

This is all just a guessing game until you can come back with some tangible data, have the car scanned for codes or find a way to get some datalogs.

I am using a Cobb Tuner and I get the same hesitation at higher speeds/gear. It's tuned with LT sport. I'm also curious as to what it could be.

Just come use my BT cable already, you can scan the car and figure out whats going on and know exactly how to take care of it.

Going to scan for codes today, wish me luck. I am still under warranty so i might use the "Useless BMW service" to see if they can figure something out.
