Worlds First Defective Procede Box Now a Hero.
Ever since Shiv sent a new procede box and i plugged in today, there was nothing but smiles. Prodigious pulling power and i know it just gets better. Am now breaking it in. Just wanted to thank Shiv for his effort to immediately send out a new procede box. Fixed the box and reconnected my vacuum lines and BAM! No more CEL light. Procede box goes online and everything functioning extremely well. Procede redefine the very word 'speed'. Totally a different car and now a dragon has been unleashed. Feel me? |

Good story. You judge the integrity of a business by how they respond when things go wrong. I think a Procede is just a matter of time for me.

Any company looks good as long as there is no problem with their product. It's once an issue pops up and they have to correct it that you see how good they are.

A while back there were a couple of harnass that were made defective from the harnass manufacture...The wires were placed in the wrong slots and a couple of connectivity issues...So chance of error on any circuit board or wire is possible, no one is perfect so why bash him!!!
