HELP, How can I get my Car Software

upgraded

Currently have a e90 with version 19 installed

I am looking to upgrade to the new DVD for my Sat Nav. i also have bluetooth installed.

I want to get my car upgraded to the latest release of the software v26x, but I need an angle or some complaint so they will do it for free

What would be nice is to find a lists of all the new enhancements made since v19 so I can cherry pick my complaint

Do a search here -- there are several threads that have copies of service bulletins listing complaints that are corrected by the newer versions. Print out a copy, pick a problem or two of choice, and contact your service department.

Just in case you don't know -- the newer DVDs update the maps, POIs, etc, but do not update the software. That is a separate process.
