If I showed you the spy shots of the E92 covered in camouflage and with the parts bin raided for wheels etc., before it was released - you would probably say the same thing.
I am really glad that it doesn't seem to be bloating in size. That is a big positive for me. The F30 is not far off an old 5 series. Real potential there. Quite a pronounced rake to the rear roofline. D.

I like this, looks quite aggressive and sporty. Anyone read any confirmed reports if they are going to put a 335 diesel variant in it or similar?

I have been waiting for this and I think it looks great, I am always underwhelmed by the SE spec but if this is SE and not M-Sport, they've done a good job.
The only thing that might make me stick to the E9X platform is that it is very tuneable where as BMW appear to be blocking out remaps from their latest ECU's. I'm also on the fence with the N55, it would be good to see if any tuners can generate near on the same puff as the N54 some day. |

One of these in melbourne red with dark 20" wheels, tinted. Going to look aaaabsolutely orgasmic.
My next car for sure. But not at release. 18 months old? How could I resist one .. Assuming the triple turbo diesel variant is released it's a 100% certainty. Otherwise the 440d platform will still be mighty tempting ...

i think the e92 is a fantastic car in looks and the way it performs, for me would not see the point in changing. the new car is just that New but that much better than the e92 we shall have to wait and see.

It's an improvement on the interior that interests me, as said the E92 is a great looking car from the outside its the interior that let's it down.
