driver side door won't open help

Locks and unlocks perfect but driver door won't open, pull the handle once from inside it unlocks, second pull suppose to open the door but it won't open. Same thing from outside comfort access unlocks the door but it won't open. Right now going to check fuses 56 57 to see if it helps....

all 15 amp fuses look ok, any ideas?
