I have a guy in Fort Wayne, IN that can do it. If you dont get anything from here, you might want to try the Great Lakes Regional forum.

It's a local guy, very skilled, who has the roller and does a bunch of them out of his garage. He has done over 80 vehicles now, so he is no amateur. PM me if you want more details and are in the area.

Be careful and make sure whoever does it knows what he/she is doing. I have seen way too many flaking paint jobs for an extra 10mm of tire.
