Exhaust flow?

My wife's 08 335i when at cold start turning the car on one side of the exhaust pipe was only flowing out the other no exhaust fumes coming out? Any idea what could be going on.Is it time to replace my oem exaust or just do reg Maintnence on it so it flows better.

That's normal while warming up. The exhaust has an actuator that closes one exhaust pipe. No worries.

This is normal and actuator can be bypassed with golf t mod.

Don't mean to hijack but what if the fumes still don't come out when you done the golf tee?

Look inside left pipe and see if flap is fully open when car is off.
