HD Radio

Hey guys,

I tried to do a search, but my results weren't that great because I couldnt search for "HD". What is the general consensus on this? Is the quality good, and does it seem to be a good value for the extra cost? THanks!

Quality is good (better than FM or Sirius), variety of programming is very good.

I would give it strong consideration.

Look at the type of programming offered before you decide.

I think it's worth it. Wish it was available when I ordered my car I listen to FM 60% of the time i drive.

I have the HD radio option and it's great. It is night and day sound quality difference when the system switches over to HD. But there is a down side. If you are not near a large city you will not get the HD. Seems to have a range of about 30 miles out of a major metro area.

Wow I didn't think people used FM radio anymore, with iPods and Sat Radio. I guess there is still a demand for that stuff.

thanks for the replies fellas. i called the CA today and added it to my order. since i will be living in dallas long-term i figured it was a good investment.
