Missing Airbox clip...do i need to worry?

I was cleaning my engine bay today and noticed one of my airbox clips had come off. I am wondering if this is a concern that a piece is floating around somewhere under the hood. Would it be worth jacking the car and removing the bottom shield or should I just assume it has probably already fallen out from driving?

I would replace the clip though as at certain vibrations air box could open a little at that area to let fine dirt etc get in even though it may feel tight and secure its amazing what certain vibrations and frequencies can do.
