You mentioned on another thread that you were waiting for a new LED coming end of the year. Is that LED going to be the 5.0? Was is the spec on that one?

It's difficult for me to figure out which version best matches the OEM HID. As regard to color and intensity which one of the versions is the best match. From the limited threads I read, it sounds like 4.0 is white (not bluish) and bright. 3.0 is bluer by a little, maybe near the 6000K temp and also bright but, not as bright as the 4.0...but both 3.0 and 4.0 uses the same power units.

Those pics look awesome. Not sure how v5 could be any better than v4 since they already look so nice.

Thanks! Man, you should make it to the meet this Saturday. Tell your gf that we're going to go to Palisades Mall afterwards and she can shop all she wants. When we get to the Palisades Mall, I'm dropping off my wife to let her go shopping. lol!

I'll help you take nice pics of your car too!

Awesome pics so far.

Here is the link to the install instructions for LUX
. There are pictures and text in there. This should be everything you need.

As for V5.. There will be no LUX 5.0, there will only be upgrades to the existing versions out there. Upgrades may be available by the end of the year, but that is still in the works.

You should still get the LUX 4.0. It'll make your angel eyes look like the ones in the pics. It looks even better in person. The only difference with the Euros, are that they have clear side markers, where as the U.S. and Canada have orange side markers/reflectors whatever you call it.

Plus if you get euros, your Lux install will be a breeze.
