Hello everyone, first time posting here. I have been lurking the last month
or so trying to absorb all the info here on this forum.

Before I go any further, I just wana introduce myself. Name is Kevin, my RS
handle is "Domani," and "NeoChaser," everywhere else. Currently I m driving
a TSX. However, that will be replaced when my E92 comes in.

My question is, anyone on the forum (Vancouver) have ordered a 08 model
E92/93? I've noticed some people have gotten some major discounts for
07's. With a new model year upon us, what kind of discounts have you guys
been getting?

I had a deposit on a 2008 back in march. My order just went through last week and I have a wk 38 production date for my 335. I was able to get a 3.5% discount on the 2007 price and they said they would also absorb some of the raise if 2008 are more expensive.

I too have negotiated 3.5% off MSRP, along with a few other smaller price cuts on PDI/Fees.

I must be a lousy negotiator; a couple of weeks ago I only received a little less than 3% discount with some protection against the anticipated price increase.
(For what it's worth, my customer rep said it was the most discount they've given on the things. Supply and demand and all that).
Bear in mind, the more options you choose, the greater discount you'll get.

seems like u guys are in east coast, here in van, discounts for lexury brands
are harder to come by. so far, i've gotten about 2.5-3% as well.

still waiting for my friends from the forum here to see who is the best dealer to go with.
I don't think I will get 3.5% off MSRP if I buy alone
maybe we can go in as a group to see if we can save $

You guys are getting discounts on the 335i convertible? Year 2007? Wow, if this is correct ... I am shocked .. I called about 20 dealerships in the midwest of USA and NO DISCOUNT at all .. there's waiting lists at ALL dealerships for this car ..

Have I got the wrong vehicle? As, 2.5 to 3% on a loaded 335i convertible .. is about 2100.00 off .. ??

I got 1K off a $52K purchase of a 328i coupe. That's about 2% off.

BTW According to Carcost Canada, markup on these cars is around 9%.

yeah...9% mark up is correct. I got almost 5% on mine 07' 328xi just picked up last saturday.

I got 3.54% off for my E93 back in April for June delivery, plus 50% the purchase of a windscreen. Now that demand is high and discounts are pretty much all gone.
