what do you recommend for the best spray wax? i'm lazy to put on liquid wax onto a pad to wax by hand. it gets tiring. i'm thinking about getting spray wax that i can spray on and just wipe off and it will do the same. personally my plans are to wax by hand by NXT once every month and a half and then use spray wax when i do my regular washes.

let me know on your opinions. too bad zaino doesn't make and spray compound

personally I hate spray wax, but it's up to you. If you plan on using NXT every month or so, some quick detailer is your best bet after washing. I don't mess with most spray wax products, I bought the NXT spray wax when it first came out and it seemed actually harder to use than the liquid wax. It doesn't wipe off easily.

Zaino does make a spray on product - Zaino-CS. They do suggest at least a coat of Z-AIO first. I've tried that combination and it's okay.

Zaino Z8, MOthers FX Spray Wax, Duragloss Aquawax, and Optimum Car Wax to name a few. All great car waxes that will withstand a months worth or more of daily commuting, polution, washing, ect (with the exception of Mother's FX Spray Wax, I haven't given that one a true test). The best part about them all is that they all behave in a QD like manner, in that they don't haze, stain trim, streak, ect.

not a fan of spray wax it just doesn't give you the same result as to liquid wax or paste, but i did use z-cs and it was pretty good but it was expensive. I think I'm going to sick with just regular wax like z-2

I agree with the expense issue with Z-CS. I also found it to not be very durable.

I use Eagle F1 wax-as-you-dry and I like the result.

Jeff Werkstatt's Acrylic Jet Trigger hands down. It gets GREAT reviews on the Autopia forums.

Very easy to use, you don't have to use much product, longevity is great, and the look is great.

You should try the Jeff Werkstatt stuff. I kid you not, I prefer this over my Zaino, Meguiar's, Poorboy's, Wolfgang's, etc. I have at home.

I use Griot's Garage spray wax after I wash the car, but that is no substitute for a good wax application every few months at least (depending on the environment your car is subject to). If you really don't like the work, pay someone to do it four times a year...

Either of these look as good as most waxes/sealants, and will last 3+ months.

This past weekend was my first experience with it and also my first time with spray wax in general, the amount of work is FAR less than the usual liquid or paste wax. Optimum also provided me with a pretty good shine, i washed and waxed both my G and my girls 4.8i X5 with it. Both cars are black. I would recommend it for lighter colored cars though. Carnuaba for dark colors.

Optimum makes great products. Haven't tried their wax but I have used their No Rinse and regular soap.

Based on the popularity over at Autopia, I tried Duragloss Aquawax. It's a spray polymer sealant and not a wax. WOWO-as easy to use as a QD. It really looks nice on Sparkling Graphite - darkens the color a bit and adds a great shine. It actually looks better the next day after it fully cures. I use it over the Klasse twins and IMO I think it looks better than SG. Can't vouch for the durability yet, but others are claiming 2 to 3 months. With the ease of application I will just apply some once a month after a wash.

I'm told that Carquest & NAPA carries the Duragloss line but I the ones in Maryland do not for some reason. I ordered mine directly from Duragloss.

Griot's SuperShine...used religiously with every wash I do. Use it and you won't need to wax half as often.

Poor Boy's Spray and Gloss is more like a detailer but it gives you that nice shiney "pop" after each use sorta like a spray wax most sray wax arent that durable after a week so anyways

I use prima hydro and optimum spray wax. I just ordered Sonax's speed spray wax and I'm eager to try it out.

If you want the fastest application and most durable option on the market than I would recommend a sealant the Optimum Opti-Seal & Free Yellow Foam Applicator. You apply a very thin layer with the supplied foam applicator and you are DONE. It dries clear and protects your paint for about 3 - 6 months.

If you prefer a carnauba wax the Optimum Car Wax is a good choice along with the SONAX High Speed Wax. If you have any questions please let me know!
