It seems like a cool idea on paper, but how would the neighbors react to the music every night???

Wow, that was pretty cool. Im sure the neighbors would love you for it.... kind of reminds me of that chevy chase movie "National Lampoon's Christmas" when he lit up his house like it was the local airport.
