We are proud to present to you a part II of our painted reflectors and painted kidney grilles GB for your E90/E92!

In an effort to release more products and options to the E9x market, we teamed together with a local PPG certified paint shop that has done all of the painting/body work for many of our vehicles to bring you these new painted solutions.

** We have made several changes since our last GB in order to make things move faster.

1) Since grilles are on a national backorder, we are now ordering the grilles/reflectors as soon as you are added to the GB list so that we make SURE they are all here by the time the GB closes and the grilles/reflectors go to paint.

2) We have spoken to our paint shop in order to have the painting process be finished in a more timely fashion.

Here is a little bit more info. on what these new products consist of:

- Ofcourse, all of these parts are quality OEM parts, not some replica made overseas.

- Any chrome pieces will be treated with a specific regimen of chemicals so that automotive paint/clear coat will adhere properly.

- We will offer these grilles in two color schemes:

- Gloss black outter and inner grille sections
- Color matched outside and black inner grille sections

As far as the reflectors go, they will be properly smoothed and treated, and then painted body color.

In order to give you guys the best possibly pricing, we are going to open a Group Buy and send everything off to paint at once. The more things we get painted at once, the cheaper it will be.

Since we are now ordering everything ahead of time to avoid any time delays like in the past, the grilles for those who have added themselves on the GB are already showing up (unpainted ofcourse).

Just wanted to post something I posted in our other GB thread to tell you guys about the delay we had last GB and what we've done to fix these issues.

"Although a lot of the delays we've had are out of our control due to outside shops that do things for us (i.e. paint), we still don't think that it is an excuse. We learn from out mistakes and do everything possible to fix them. We also do everything possible to keep you guys informed on what's going on regardless of whether it's good or bad news.

Just a little FYI for future GBs (including part II), we are ordering grilles as soon as people sign up so that there is no delay due to them being on backorder. We have also finalized a relationship with a local body shop that will be doing ALL of our painting with a time frame of 2-3 days.

I am expecting that once everyone submits their payment for GB #2, or the deadline is reached, the grilles should be painted, boxed and ready to ship within a week. So since the GB closes on Sunday the 1st, our goal is to have them ready to ship by Monday the 10th."

When can the people who paid expect the Grilles to be shipped out? Are you shipping them all out at once after the group buy, or do you ship them out as they come back from the shop for the ones who paid? THanks.
