Will 1 series rims fit 3 series?

I'm looking at a set of rims that were on a 2010 128i, I have a 2009 328xi... wheel specs are 7" width, 47 mm offset, 120 mm bolt pattern, 17".. will these fit?

Hard to say. My SE 17x8 ET 40 rims from my 135i do not fit my 335i. They dont clear the brakes on the 335i. Other wheels with the same exact specs fit.
