Question 2004 e46 M3 rims fitment for e92 coupe

I have unused e46 M3 rims with pilor sport 2 rubber that have 1 mi on them. I am debating whether to use these on my new e92 coupe that I just ordered. Anyone know these will fit? Offset ok?
