I got my TiAu 330i from Voss - my first time dealing with them. The sales and finance staff were top notch. They were also good to negotiate with, and took 3k off the sticker price.

I agree, they took about 3k off my 325xi and took some other money off various other things that we got with the car. And the guy I delt with (Jim the internet sales guy) has kept me up to date with emails during each step that he knows about. I hope to be up there on friday to finally get my car!

Was this off an internet deal or Euro Delivery? I have dealt with Frank Z and they were first rate. I was so-so at Voss but that was a while back and things may have changed.....

I only use Voss for Service. Sales wasn't as fair as I thought they should be. Because of their size, they do not have the ability to take even small risk. They insulted me on my trade and would give for a deal. Bottom line, I spent 7 hours and walked away due to $1200...and I was buying a hail damaged car. In the end, went to Jake Sweeney, where I bought my original BMW, got what I wanted for my car, and they found me a much better vehicle then the one I would be stuck with from Voss.
