Notifications for Quotes Not Working

It is no longer notifying me when someone quotes my post in a thread.
Checked settings and it's not there anymore?
Please fix, it's super useful or I can't keep up with helping.

Testing

To be honest, I always assumed it was a little buggy depending on "how" they quoted you. Seems like if they mass quote or maybe quote from the iPhone, it doesn't trigger the notification. Haven't really paid attention lately, though.
